By booking a session, you accept responsible for any decisions made based on session insights given. The guidance provided is subjective and meant for internal self reflection. You agree to use your own judgment when applying insights and understand the sessions do not replace any professional, psyhological, legal or financial advice. 

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

No refunds are given on readings and private bookings. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your private session starting you are entitled to transfer your booking to another suitable date within 12 weeks of the original booking date.

Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice your booking, or missed appointments cannot be transferred and no refund will be given. If a session is cancelled by True Potential by Design, you have the option to reschedule the session as per same terms above.

Late arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled call or appointment. A session is deemed a no show after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time.

6. Confidentiality:

All sessions are private and confidential. True Potential by Design will not share your personal information, session details, or any other confidential information with third parties without your consent, unless required by law. Any reviews requested by True Potential by Design can be anonamous if you choose. 

7. Company Liability:

True Potential by Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services we provide, or this website. By using these services you agree to release the company from any claims or damages  arising from your participation in these services.

8. Interlectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on this website and within any courses, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, portrait photos, visual presentations and or recorded live sessions are owned or licensed by True Potential by Design. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any of the content for commercial purposes without express permission.

3. Personal Responsibility: 

Any and all services are booked and paid for in advance through the website or as arranged with Bonnie at True Purpose by Design. Payment must be made at the time of booking and all prices are listed in British Pounds. We reserve the right to change the pricing at any time without prior notice. However any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed prior to price change. 

When booking you are agreeing and confirming that: You are 18 years or over; You are mentally and emotionally stable for a personal reading session; you understand that sessions do not replace medical or professional advise; you will not hold True Potential by Design or it's practitioner/s liable for interpretations of session content.
